RSVP to attend bargaining this Friday (3/20) at 11am!
Thank you to all who participated in our State of Bargaining Town Hall earlier today! More than a year since we started bargaining, over 50 postdocs from across the University gathered to discuss our progress so far and the Rockefeller administration’s continued refusal to agree to basic protections from harassment, discrimination, and bullying that are increasingly standard among unionized researchers.
We also heard from a member of Weill Cornell Medicine Postdocs United-UAW about how they recently won their first contract. Finally, we concluded with an open discussion about how we can more effectively convey to Rockefeller the urgency of reaching a fair agreement.
